It features 5 Pedestal Star® Burners that deliver superior power and heat distribution with a reduced cold spot. The burners range from 18,000 BTU to a gentle simmer of 375 BTU. This rangetop is Star-K Certified allows the rangetop to operate in Sabbath mode for religious observances.
