The all-new 36" range top with griddle combines the same powerful yet elegant design found in all Sofia ranges, now enhanced with a carefully designed cooking surface that includes 4 burners and a central griddle. Each burner is equipped with our versatile 5-in-1 Crescendo burner, set beneath continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates, and the same Trilaminate Stainless Steel griddle used in our 48" ranges, offering unmatched flexibility in a 36" range. The 20,000 BTU Crescendo burner delivers the power to sear, sauté, and boil, while also providing precise control for tempering and simmering even the most delicate dishes.
